So I guess if someone runs into this again where the get the 79 error and ME Version NA on one BIOS but the other BIOS it working perfect this is an option to fix it. I was able to update BIOS 1 to 1001 and working good now and I left 2 on 0901 as backup. But I guess I lucked out here and they are both normal again. I was a little scared to do this but I didn't think trying to copy 2 to 1 would ruin 2 since it was only going to copy it over, I thought it might make 1 no longer boot and go 00. This was successful and now BIOS 1 shows it is on 0901 and it shows the ME Version now. But based on what I read in that thread I decided to try and Copy BIOS 2 that is working to BIOS 1 through BIOSFlashback menu on BIOS 2.
